Hello!
It’s been a while! I’ve been asked to do a few business cards and so I went to do some study on them. During my course we did go about making some visual identity projects, but nothing particularly involving a business card. Maybe it was something they assumed to be “easy” to make, or perhaps it was something more oriented towards the graphic designer. In any case, I came across two particular sites for my color study which I thought would be good to share. One of them, was one I had come across during my IED years and I find it to be very good, called Color Scheme Designer. I believe this is a must have in your favorites bar! The other, is called the Interactive Color Wheel which I particularly found it a bit daunting, the site’s layout was a bit inadequate for its purpose.
With this study, it lead me towards working on my own business card. The result is as follows:
I wanted something clean, classic but with a modern touch and elegant. On the other side I will have my necessary info, maintaining the same layout as the front, but without the logo. So, what do you think?
